Resilient Spirit coaching series are conducted over 8-12 weeks. Each series focuses on different areas of growth and exploration with a mix of one-on-one coaching and group work in the Collective.

The Self Series

The Resilient Spirit program provides two key approaches to help you achieve your self-development goals and growth. Each group series program includes one-to-one coaching sessions with me, Traci, and group work with the Resilient Spirit Collective, a live online group immersion program with a private online forum to share, learn and grow with women who are cultivating a resilient spirit along side with you.

This coaching program is designed to help you explore in concrete ways how you think and what ways of thinking or being are no longer benefiting you in your life. Women in this online community embrace the Resilient Spirit in themselves and others, encouraging each other to go forth with intention and reverence to live a more authentic and freeing life.  

Each of these group coaching series builds on the work of the Foundational Self, which is a prerequisite for any other session. You can approach them in any order.

  • Why do I feel so much? Why don't I feel enough? What is my purpose? Am I valued?

    Stabilizing your Foundational Self helps you avoid the exhausting need for external validation, perfectionism, and beliefs holding you back so you can finally move forward.

  • Who am I anyway? How did I get to be this way?

    We'll focus on roles, identity, and how to treat your authentic self as honorably and compassionately as you treat others. You deserve it, I promise.

  • How am I feeling? Why do I feel this way? Can I change how I feel — and should I?

    Understanding what your feelings tell you is critical to a healthy relationship with the most important person in your life — you. We'll help you find your Resilient Self, who can confidently and gracefully approach any challenge.

  • How am I living? How can I have an intentional life when everything is so chaotic?

    We'll work on the inner virtues - patience, trust, openness, non-striving, and letting go of the judgment that holds us back. Committing to your Conscious Self opens you to a life that feels whole all the time.

  • How can I accept things even if they're unacceptable?

    Here we work on letting go of limiting beliefs and removing resentments that weigh down your soul. Resisting reality is a limiting factor, and accepting it is the key to the Liberating Self.
